My name is Nicolas, I am 40 years old, I am from France and I work in the financial sector.

What were the key criteria for your investment?
For me, the first criterion in my investment project was low risk. For an investment in a rental project it was essential to have a minimal rental vacancy guarantee.
The second criterion was time. Indeed, looking for a property and managing the entry and exit of tenants is a full time job that requires a great involvement.
What did you learn from your experience with Foxstone?
