Introduce yourself briefly ?
Hello, my name is Alexandre Jordan, I am 47 years old, married and have 3 children. For more than 25 years, I have been Director of the Real Estate Agency IVAC SA, located in Domdidier and specialised in real estate brokerage in the Broye region of Fribourg and Vaud.
I have always been attracted to new technologies and I am one of the precursors of video visits and the co-founder of the homepad software.
What are the main challenges for your profession in the next ten years?
The digitalisation of our profession has been going on for many years now, but has accelerated recently. In my opinion, it is essential to select the best tools without falling into the trap of useless and energy-consuming gadgets. In an increasingly virtual world, it is also essential to maintain a level of professionalism and knowledge of the market, without forgetting that the human aspect remains at the centre of our concerns.

What is your relationship with Foxstone?
IVAC SA had the opportunity to work with Foxstone on the purchase of the BELMONT-BROYE building.
Why did you decide to sell this building with Foxstone?

How did the sale of your building with Foxstone go?
From our first contact to the completion of the sale, everything went smoothly. Foxstone kept us regularly informed of the progress of the process. Working with a local notary was also reassuring. By the time the final deed was signed, all the elements had been prepared by Foxstone and the sale went through without a hitch.
What did you learn from this experience?
This sale was a real success for me and I would highly recommend Foxstone to anyone wishing to sell an investment property.
