Can you tell us a bit about your background and why you chose to join Foxstone?
I became enthusiastic about real estate quite early because of the many aspects it involves. My first experience was in property management company, which motivated me to discover more about this industry and I oriented my studies in that direction. I then had the opportunity to drive the expansion of Lidl in Switzerland and opened the first stores in Berne. Afterwards, I supervised construction projects and I had a brief experience in projects developments, to quickly realize that I am better suited for the front line. It is also one of the main reasons I joined Foxstone. I am passionate about the company’s vision and I am eager to develop their crowdlending activity.
What is your function at Foxstone ?
As an Acquisition Manager, I am responsible for developing the company’s crowdlending product in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. In concrete terms, I am looking for real estate developers or owners who need a second-tier financing, which will allow them to free up equity otherwise bound to a development project or to an existing asset. This release equity can then be invested in new projects. This junior loan is financed by Foxstone’s investors. Any private person from Switzerland can invest from CHF 10’000.
What do you expect from this new professional adventure?
I expect to meet new and exciting people who will inspire me and expand my horizons. I also intend to inspire people and get them excited about an innovative startup like Foxstone.
