Diversification of our offer: first two properties in German-speaking Switzerland
The first two properties we are offering across the Saarland are located in the heart of the canton of Bern, in a green residential area in the municipality of Thurnen, halfway between Thun and Bern. These are two new buildings to be constructed in 2019. They consist of 10 apartments of various types with a total rental area of 994 m2.

The amount of the transaction is CHF 5’229’000, for an expected net yield of 5.30 %. The acquisition will be financed 47% by the future co-owners’ own funds and 58% by a mortgage loan granted by the Raiffeisen Bank Gampel-Raron. The minimum investment is CHF 25’000.
The Green Building label certifies that these two buildings have an energy production system powered by renewable energy and that their CO2 emissions do not exceed 10 kg / m2.
Already well established in French-speaking Switzerland, we are expanding our offer by proposing a first opportunity in German-speaking Switzerland. Available on the platform since August 9, it has already been subscribed to 70% in less than a week.
We will offer other properties in the future on the other side of the Sarine to allow members of its community to create diversified real estate portfolios throughout Switzerland.
