Located at Route Aloys-Fauquez, overlooking the heights of the city of Lausanne, the building is the fifth property we are offering for sale in the canton of Vaud. The acquisition will be financed 33.34% by the equity of the investors and 66.66% by a mortgage loan provided by Raiffeisen Bank Lausanne, of which this is the second collaboration with Foxstone.
