Mixed-use building in L’Abbaye
Built in 2021, the building consists of 19 apartments of various typologies in line with market demand, for a total living area of 994 m2. On the first floor is a day care center for the elderly, whose lease has just been concluded for a period of 10 years, ensuring a long-term rental.
The acquisition by Foxstone amounts to CHF 8.3 million, for an expected net yield of 5.66%. This project is financed at 63% by a mortgage loan granted by the Banque Raiffeisen de la Versoix and at 37% by the investors’ own funds.
Thanks to its recent construction and excellent energy performance, the building is certified as a “Green Building” by Foxstone.
The offering has been open on the platform since September 22 and has generated strong demand since its launch. It has gathered nearly 70% of the investors needed for the acquisition in less than a week.
