Buildings sold in crowdfunding in Lausanne and Avenches

We are pleased to announce the completion of two new transactions in the canton of Vaud, in Lausanne and Avenches, for a value of CHF 5.25 million, just three months after the acquisition of an investment property in Concise in participative financing bringing together 55 co-owners.

New investment opportunity

A few weeks after having completed the largest real estate crowdfunding transaction in French-speaking Switzerland allowing 55 investors to acquire together an investment property for a value of CHF 6.8 million in Concise (VD), we allow the acquisition of two buildings, in Lausanne and Avenches, by 36 investors for a total value of CHF 5.25 million.

Acquisition in downtown Lausanne

Twenty-five investors bought a CHF 3.5 million residential building in the center of Lausanne as co-owners. The expected net return on equity is 4.5%. This offer was subscribed in only a few weeks after its publication on our platform.

Acquisition in Avenches

The last transaction completed was fully subscribed within a week. 11 investors became co-owners of a property worth CHF 1.75 million in Avenches (VD). The expected net return on equity is 5.23%..

We have already placed three properties in equity financing in 2019 for a total value of CHF 12.05 million, thus consolidating our leading position in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. The reduction in the time required to finalize a transaction demonstrates the growing interest of investors in this investment alternative.

Launch of crowdlending

2019 will see the expansion of our offer with the launch of a new business model: crowdlending, which consists of granting a loan to a real estate company in order to finance a real estate development project or to refinance an existing property.
