development projects at every stage and re-financing of existing assets.
Our fast-growing company employs 25 persons in offices located in Zürich and Geneva.

We are looking for a Head of Real Estate Debt who will manage and lead the development of our real estate debt division.

This position is to be filled in our Zürich office, the person will also have the flexibility to work from both our Zürich and Geneva offices.

 

Tasks

  • Structure, develop and establish the debt financing department within the company
  • Sourcing, negotiating and closing of financing deals (independent execution from A-Z)
  • Structuring, underwriting and monitoring of real estate debt financing deals in all asset classes
  • Pre-selection of potential investments and presentation to the Investment Committee
  • Development and maintenance of a network consisting of banks, consultants and other playersin the real estate sector
  • Update of the company’s financing guidelines
  • Post-closing support to Investor Relations team
  • Preparation of investor quarterly reports

 

Profile

  • University Degree in Economics, Law or equivalent degree in the Real Estate sector
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Corporate Banking/Lending – with focus onReal Estate
  • Solid and proven track record of sourcing and underwriting financing deals
  • Established network (banks, brokers and others) in the segment of real estate financing in Europewith a focus on Switzerland
  • Leadership and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM applications
  • Language: proficient in German and English mandatory, French advantageous
