Information
We are currently looking for an administrative assistant to help us with the management and follow-up of the company’s administrative tasks.
Responsabilities
- Management and administrative follow-up of investors and various third parties (clients, banks, notaries),
- Preparation of files for acquisitions at the notary,
- Helping to prepare presentations and reports for the different teams and for the management committee,
- Administrative follow-up of employees: onboarding, management of social security and preparation of employment contracts,
- Drafting of letters and minutes, layout of documents,
- Follow-up of the accounting with the fiduciary,
- Office management.
Skills
- French as mother tongue and good knowledge of English (B2 level minimum), German is a plus,
- Basic accounting knowledge,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel)
Profil
- CFC for commercial employee or equivalent qualification,
- At least 2 years experience as an administrative assistant,
- Rigorous, flexible, conscientious and motivated,
- Good communication skills and telephone skills
