Administrative assistant

Information

We are currently looking for an administrative assistant to help us with the management and follow-up of the company’s administrative tasks.

Responsabilities

  • Management and administrative follow-up of investors and various third parties (clients, banks, notaries),
  • Preparation of files for acquisitions at the notary,
  • Helping to prepare presentations and reports for the different teams and for the management committee,
  • Administrative follow-up of employees: onboarding, management of social security and preparation of employment contracts,
  • Drafting of letters and minutes, layout of documents,
  • Follow-up of the accounting with the fiduciary,
  • Office management.

Skills

  • French as mother tongue and good knowledge of English (B2 level minimum), German is a plus,
  • Basic accounting knowledge,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel)

Profil

  • CFC for commercial employee or equivalent qualification,
  • At least 2 years experience as an administrative assistant,
  • Rigorous, flexible, conscientious and motivated,
  • Good communication skills and telephone skills
